Suite à notre e-mail du 12 mars 2020 (voir aussi https://www.revut-univ-toamasina.com/wp/blog/2020/03/16/12-03-20-actualite/) et compte tenu :
- des dispositions prises par les différentes autorités nationales et internationales sur les stratégies de lutte contre la propagation spatio-temporelle de la pandémie du Covid-19;
- de la suspension des liaisons aériennes et maritimes entre Madagascar et l’Europe (notamment France, Allemagne, Italie) pour une durée de 30 jours à compter du samedi 14.03.20 (https://actu.orange.mg/madagascar-suspend-les-vols-avec-leurope-pour-30-jours/);
- de la fermeture d’une durée de 30 jours des aéroports et ports malgaches pour les avions, bateaux de croisière et tout autre moyen de liaison maritime/aérienne en provenance des îles voisines (la Réunion et Mayotte entre autres) ;
- du fait qu’une partie des acteurs et parties prenantes du Colloque, dont certains membres du Comité Scientifique et quelques communicants, proviennent des pays touchés par la propagation du coronavirus (France, Mayotte, La Réunion, Kenya, Bénin) ;
- du fait que la durée de suspension des liaisons aériennes et maritimes (30 jours) annoncée par les autorités malgaches ci-dessus pourrait éventuellement être prolongée, en fonction de l’évolution de la situation ;
- du fait qu’il faudrait au moins 1 mois pour préparer un voyage international (cas des membres du Comité Scientifique habitant en dehors du territoire) et que par souci de professionnalisme, chacun de nous aura au moins besoin d’être averti à l’avance en cas de changement ou perturbation inattendu(e) au niveau de notre programme professionnel respectif ;
le Colloque International de Toamasina, prévu se tenir du 27 au 30 avril 2020, est reporté sine die. Les nouvelles dates du Colloque vous seront communiquées dès que la situation le permettra, raison pour laquelle nous devrons toujours rester en contact, soit via www.revut-univ-toamasina.com, soit par e-mail, soit par téléphone (+261 32 11 983 75 ; +261 34 04 513 69). Pour votre information, sachez que :
- Les organisateurs du Colloque, tout comme les dispositifs et préparatifs relatifs à la tenue de ce grand évènement étant déjà prêts ;
- Nous attendons juste le moment « autorisé » et idéal pour vous annoncer les nouvelles dates du colloque, et ce, sans enfreindre les dispositions nationales et internationales en vigueur, ni mettre en danger la santé des uns et des autres ;
- Pour valoriser tous les efforts que vous avez déployez jusqu’ici, tous les deadlines relatifs aux préparatifs sur le Colloque, à savoir la date de remise des textes intégraux et les posters/slides (27.03.20 à 21h GMT), la date de pré-inscription on line (20.03.20 à 21h GMT), la date d’envoi des mini-CV (27.03.20 à 21h GMT), la date de candidature on line pour les travaux de modération (27.03.20 à 21h GMT) restent inchangés. Seule la date de départ du bus commun au départ de Tanà (26.03.20) n’est pas retenue et reportée ultérieurement.
